Who are we?

E-cubed (exquisite, elegant events) Planning & Coordinating is a young Tswana owned initiative coordinating the AFRICAN DREAM and adding a touch of that INTERNATIONAL GLAMOUR. We are a full event planning and coordinating initiative permanently based in Gaborone, Botswana, but currently  and temporarily running from Manchester, United Kingdom till around August 2012. We have collated ideas from all over the globe together to create the most Couture and Unique events! We are enthusiastic about the new and invigorating ideas coming up each day, creating events that will have guests remembering them for years to come!

Phoebe (founder & solo consultant at the moment) has recently gotten married, and from being her own planner and coordinator, has honed her skills and developed professional relationships with many prestigious vendors/service providers. With her love for beauty and experience in hospitality, events, décor and fashion, she addresses and customizes each portion of your special day to create a seamless event that reflects your personality, life and love. We make each event unforgettable with our keen eye for aesthetic beauty, professionalism and organizational superiority.

Why do we keep emphasising WE yet at the moment Phoebe is running SOLO? We have a dream, and I once heard it being said that "Reality is overrated." I am not exactly sure what that means, but it probably refers to the fact that each one of us creates our own reality.

Belva Davis went on to add:

Don't be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so.

So watch the space as this WE eventually becomes a reality when E-cubed is rather too big for SOLO shoes!

Planners and Equipment hires are normally mistaken to mean the same, but that is not the case. It may be true that as an event planner and coordinator you may have equipment that you do hire, But in our case at this stage we specialise mainly on that designing element of your event and coordinating all the vendors you will engage to give you that perfect event!
